The Meet People feature allows you to browse the Skype contact directory to start a conference call with other Skype users and allows you to easily invite participants to a video conference call and share content with them. Alternatively, you can use the Search Bar functionality to search for a contact or dial a phone number if you already have Enterprise Voice enabled for your Skype for Business deployment.
